Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and drive the people strategy in synergy with the business strategy. HR processes within the business: performance management (KRAs), salary planning/reward management, succession planning, and talent management.
- Create HR processes and models to implement these plans. Be innovative and experiment with ideas to create a framework that ensures the scalability of the model, along with best practices.
- Forecast talent requirements and oversee hiring
- Manage discipline-related staff issues.
- Administer all HR activities such as new hires, and terminations for employees.
- Review policy friendliness and costs.
- Serve as a liaison between staffing service providers, corporate benefit administrators and associates including pre-employment verification.
- Provide weekly & monthly inputs and other reports to support HR functions.
- Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score.
- Lead the talent management process including development planning, identifying bottom performers and creating plans for correction.
- Provide accurate analysis/reports for Head-Human Resources and Corporate for year-end salary review process management linked to Talent Management.
- Be responsible for key projects.
- Create a culture of performance, openness and trust.
