Job Description

Must have:

Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Continually works with the department to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.

Communicating with potential job candidates.

Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.

Following up with the candidates at required stages via mail or calls.

Managing HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.

Issuing employment-related verification documents and ensuring completion.

Issuing new employees with enrolment documents.

Maintaining employee confidentiality.

Conducts initial screening interviews and contacts references to verify background.

Managing the Training and Development of the employees as per the company process.

Processing survey management.

Managing the exiting process.

Good to have:

Mitigates employee relation issues while adhering to company, state and federal laws and regulations.

Conducting employee inductions.

Explaining employee benefits.

Processing Company Payroll

Responding to HR-related queries within the company.

Assisting with the distribution of training material.

Manages benefits program and vendor relationships. Assists employees with questions, issues and enrolment.

Maintains database of employee records as well as all active and inactive applications.
