Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Role Incumbent will be responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management
2. Executing the joining and on boarding formalities for all the new Joiners.
3. Maintaining and regularly updating master database of Recruitment and other HR related work.
4. Attendece Process, Mannual and on System Excel Sheet.
5. Preparing Monthly Salary& Wages & Leave Records on Mannual and on System Excel Sheet.
6. Statutory Compliance - EPFO, ESIC, Labour Act, Factory Act, Pollution Deparment, Fire Department.
7. Audit with Govt Department and Inernal.
