Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for unit/regional recruiting efforts by coordinating with reporting manager.

2. Responsible for issuing orders like offer letter, appointment letter, probation confirmation letter, reliving order etc. and prepare and issue stipend to the trainees.

3. Responsible for Code creation for new employees in the HRMS and ensure to follow up Bio-metric attendance to aid in payroll processing and leave management.

4. Responsible for conducting exit Interview, payment of full & final settlement and release service certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues.

5. Ensure to prepare HR MIS reports, maintain databases, update personnel file and generate reports on various HR metrics pertaining to the units production and employees data.

6. Responsible for preparation and verification of Labor wages and proper updation of labor attendance in the register.

7. Responsible for organizing various meetings in the units and provide effective and efficient Office administration.

8. Responsible for resolving regional queries and ensure to organize and provide employees ID card and visiting card.

9. Responsible for maintaining the units cleanliness at all times by overseeing the housekeeping and security staff and by maintaining a clean garden.

10. Responsible for effective and efficient canteen management by keeping track of daily activities carried out.
