Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records, such as personal information, job details, and attendance records.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs, including coordinating training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Manage HR-related documents and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to managers.
- Coordinate and assist in the separation process, including conducting exit interviews and processing final payments.
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.
