Job Description

Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a leading Manufacturing Company into Dairy Engineering, which has been taken over by a German Company, looking for Sr.Process Engineer  /  Site Engineer 

• Lead and develop the processing solutions for Dairy industry

• Overall process owner for Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Commissioning, Site Supervision & CAD facilities

• Provide support in issue resolution in projects.

• Develop and implement continuous improvements in the working practices and efficiencies of the team

• Drive and implement rigorous quality standards for all aspects of the project delivery from initial concept to final commissioning

• Carry out Design Reviews for most projects, including adherence to the Quality System

• Drive productivity and risk management

• Lead technical discussions with customers and or end suppliers for engineering parts and participation and technical contribution to customer and sales meetings

• Effectively manage the engineering resource to deliver complex multiple projects on time and to budget

• Manage sub-contract resource, and ensure compliance with all relevant process standards ensuring comprehensive process engineering and technical support, as necessary, in the design, sale, installation and commissioning of process systems

• Lead the Capital Equipment marking process for our technical solutions

• Ensure close collaboration with the all the stakeholder.

• Deliver according to all internal and external KPIs

• Travel to customer site, as and when needed, for the installation and commissioning phases.

• •Relevant experience in an engineering and design role and experience of leading teams
  
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  
  • Project management skills and the self drive to work autonomously.
  
  • Dairy Processing, Technology and Engineering and /or Food technology background particularly with experience in Dairy and food process industries.
  
  • Degree level education in B.Tech Dairy Technology
  
  • Good knowledge of current legislation affecting process solutions, contractual and commercial awareness
  
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, to be able to communicate with customers at all levels and capable of managing their expectations
   
• Qualification : B-Tech Mechanical / B-Tech Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering
• Experience : 5 + Years in Dairy Processing, Technology and Engineering and /or Food technology background particularly with experience in Dairy and food process industries.
• Salary : Negotiable
• Job Location : Hyderabad ( The Projects will be across Pan India as well Out of India.
