(i) Must Have(1) CA with around 12-14 years of post-qualification experience
(2) At least 5 years of experience in managing SOX and Internal Controls in Infrastructure/Projects/EPC company.
(3) Commitment to professional & ethical standards
(4) Persuasive with details and facts.
(5) Good communication skills both spoken and written.
(ii) Nice to have-Big Four Experience
-Having experience on IT General Controls.
-Experience on Oracle/ Cloud based ERP, will be a great plus.
-Has worked for or has audited listed entity Main Accountabilities/ ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Company business, operations and internal control enviornment to deliver on;
-Focus to identify internal control risks and weakness in existing policies and processes. Pursue improvement of internal control environment within Organization. Work closely with Senior executives to communicate and drive change required to improve the controls.
-Managing various SOX / Internal Control activities as defined by the Group.
-Managing the Internal Financial Control Framework (as per Indian Companies Act).
-Enhance the productivity of Internal control function
-Liase with Internal, External and Group Auditors in order to get the audit completed effeciently and within deadline
-Supporting other internal controls related miscellaneous activities from time to time.
