Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems (Windows and iOS), security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

• Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

• User management (creation, deletion) for various applications and management of security, passwords and backup.

• Monitoring of the Internet and email usage of company employees.

• Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required.

• Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse

Requirements

• 1 years in managing IT infrastructure and services in an IT organization.

• Strong background in Linux server administration and Linux technical support.

• Strong knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows and iOS), security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

• Exposure to ITSM and related frameworks.
