Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Designs, authors, tests, documents and debugs application packages according to customer standards, policies and procedures Creates documentation on all packaging work.
Assists Software Engineers with complex problems Follows standard practices and procedures Duties and tasks are routine and standardized Packages medium/complex complexity MSI and virtual APPV 5.0 packages Manages work tasks with limited input from senior engineers.
Skills/Experience:
● Good understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8)
● Good Analytical Problem Solving Skills
● Good knowledge on APPV 5.0 SP2
● Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
● Good experience in Installshield 2016
● Ability to manage time effectively / multitask
● Basic Scripting Knowledge (Batch, VB, Wise)
● Good understanding of Windows Installer Technologies (Wise, Flexera Admin Studio / Installshield)
