Job Description

1. Domain experience

The person should have maintenance exposure in manufacturing or Service Industry (Preferably Integrated Steel Plant, Oil refinery, Aerospace and Defense or Railways)

Experience in Enterprise Asset maintenance like Turbine /Complex Utilities Asset repair shop, Locomotive repair shop, Steep Plant, Shipyard Maintenance Shop, Complex Asset Maintenance Exposure, Aircraft Maintenance Process Exposure

Maintenance Planning Long term or short term , maintenance execution , Component repair or Complex asset Maintenance process for third party , Document Management .

Repair and Overall process, Maintenance repair process , demand , gap , souring of parts

2. SAP Experience

a. Good understanding in following Business processes:

i. Plant Maintenance

1. Breakdown Maintenance (Mandatory)

2. Preventive Maintenance (Mandatory)

3. Predictive Maintenance (Preferred)

4. Refurbishment Process (Mandatory)

5. Calibration Process

ii. Customer Service Processes

1. Repair Order (Preferred)

2. Fixed charge or Resource Related billing (Preferred)

3. Assembly process (Preferred)

b. 3-4 End to End Implementation experience. Experience for Complex Asset Maintenance or Utilities Asset maintenance experience

c. Good understanding of Configuration in following areas:

i. Organization structure (Mandatory)

ii. Notification & Orders (Mandatory)

iii. Master Data (Equipment/Functional location/BOMs/Work centers/Measurement Counters) Mandatory

iv. Maintenance plan (Mandatory)

d. Understanding of SAP Landscape, Data Loading, Transports

e. Understanding Integration with PM, CS,MM, QM, SD and MM

f. Desire understanding of PM with HR and MRS App,

g. Experience/Exposure of SAP S4 , Simplification list in EAM space and if any implementation .

h. Exposure of Industry like Airlines Maintenance, Oil & Gas maintenance or Utilities asset Maintenance.

3. General

a. Good Communication skills

b. Preferably with Engineering degree

c. PM Certification

d. Understanding of SAP Activate methodologies

e. Experience of SAP ASAP methodology and Agile Methodology

Primary skill to be PM but experience in SD/MM/PP will be good to have
