Job Description
1.Install and troubleshoot all types of PC and Server hardware, branded
2.Install various PC application programs commonly used
3.Regular backup of servers
4.Regularly monitor and maintain a log of the status of critical services, performance of servers
5.including monitoring of CPU, disk space, memory utilization, I/O utilization, etc
6.Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing
7.rectification measures.
8.Managing uptime of servers as per SLAs.
9.Managing Active Directory services and Group Polices
10.Managing Patch Management servers
