Job Description
Monitoring network device performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Coordinating for commissioning of Network links in various projects
Coordinating for installation of routers under various projects
Drive network maintenance and system upgrades.
Coordinating for Configuration & planning of various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, SD-WAN).
Knowledge of dynamic routing protocol.
Involve in project planning and implementation.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Liaise with vendors, ISP and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools (Solarwinds, Service Now)
Well knowledge of Ms-Office.
Good co-ordination with Service provider and branch users.
