Role Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for the U.S-focused business. This is a night shift position that requires prior successful experience recruiting/hiring, and managing IT candidate recruiting on a large scale basis.
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated background in driving U.S.
• Recruitment efforts as it relates to consulting sales to major global corporations.
• This includes an understanding of the key success factors that contribute to IT candidate recruiting and delivery within the North American region.
• We are looking for an experienced recruitment leader who is also a hands-on contributor.

Requirement:

• Minimum 4 + years of IT industry experience in Recruiting and Sales with the full life cycle of US Staffing
• Interacting with various clients in the United States to match requirements as per the skill sets of the consultants available on the company hotlist.
• Networking with existing and new clients in order to maintain professional connectivity.
• Involve in the entire life cycle of recruiting namely screening, interviewing, qualifying, reference checking, and Compensation.
• Maintain Consultant documentation in the database updated on a real-time basis, all information regarding availability, pay ranges, duration, location, work status, skills, etc.
• Handling the entire End-to-End recruitment process.
• Submitting an appropriate resume to the clients as per the requirement so as to facilitate interviews for the consultants.
• Coordinating with the Accounts Manager and ultimately submitting reports.
• Working closely with the team members in achieving the targets.
• Handling the initial rounds of interviews to filter the right profiles.
• Updating & maintaining the Central Database.
• Working experience in effectively using online resumes like LinkedIn, Dice.com, CareerBuilder.com, Monster.com and Corp-Corp, Google Groups, etc.
• Involve in the entire life cycle of recruiting namely screening, interviewing, qualifying, reference checking, and Compensation.
• Experience working with US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, EAD, EAD-L2, OPT, and TN Visa holders.
