We Federation of Indo Israel Chambers of commerce are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in recruiting high-caliber IT talents (i.e., Team leads, Developers, Testers, Platform Engineers, Senior Back-End and Front-End Developers, Mobile Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and SME, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.). We are looking for full-cycle IT Recruiter who can work on the requirements for our Israeli-based clients
This role is looking for someone who has shown great performance, passion, and ownership in their role and a team player and a great communicator.
This role requires a quick, creative person with knowledge and experience in multiple platforms and technologies:
Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on the clients specifications.
To create and post the technical job ads.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates.
Sourcing of candidates via Job postings, networking, headhunting, and internal Database.
Involve in End-to-end recruitment i.e Sourcing to onboarding candidates.
Qualification and Skills Required
5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a high-tech company.
Bachelors or Masters in IT/engineering.
Proven work experience working with International clients
Strong stakeholder management.
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers.
Working knowledge of various social media recruiting and should be aware of current market trends.
Ability to execute recruitment strategy keeping a strong bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.
Critical thinker nd problem-solving skills
Fluency in English.
