Job Description
Our Industry: IT Service, Hiring and IT staffing.
- High Volume call responsibility
- Should be flexible with time-based on Requirements
- Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of work exp. in Recruitment
- Immediate joiners preferred | REMOTE JOB in night shift
- Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
- Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations, and hiring documentation.
- Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
Required Candidate profile
Ready to join Immediately.
Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic).
Follow up on the feedback.
1) Tools and data base provided by us.
2) Will pay:-20% of candidate's month salary.
100% Remote Work for home position:
1) This is a 100% Remote Work from home Position. We except you have separate working room with no Distractions from Family members.
2) Minimum 30 Mbps Internet. Stable Internet.
3) Good Work Station and Video Cam daily Video call with team
