Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Installations and troubleshooting of software's
- Installations and troubleshooting of hardware's
- Working on helpdesk /ticket system process and procedures
- Active Directory user creations
- Dell laptop / workstations troubleshooting / coordinating with dell/ call logging
- Antivirus / end point protection client installations/console management
- Working on windows domain architecture - AD/DNS/DHCP/Group Policies
- Must have live knowledge on Storage
- Must have live knowledge on backup application software - Veeam.
- Knowledge on Asset management process
- LAN/WAN - troubleshooting/IP Addressing - coordinating with service providers.
- Floor management
Soft skills:-
- Understand and able to respond in mails
- Floor management
- Communication skills - Hindi and English
