Roles and Responsibilities
A. Coordinating with various agencies for Monitoring the websites and apps
B. Must be able to follow any instructions and tasks entrusted.
C. Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem quickly.
D. Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat, or meeting, until they've solved a technical issue.
E. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Software developers,)
F. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
G. Ensure all issues are properly logged.
H. Prioritize and manage several open issues.
I. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
J. Working with the team to ensure delivery of client expectations and ensuring the solution is right and is client quality.
