Responsibilities: -
1)Managing Cloud Infrastructure in Azure, AWS & GCP
2)Monitoring ticket queues for alerts or issues that may occur in Cloud or On-Prem environments
3)Able to understand the ticket content and do first level troubleshooting of the ticket or route to senior staff for further resolution
4)Handling multiple client tasks and able to work in a 24X7 environment
5)Creating reports for uptime, utilization, and performance of Cloud infrastructure
6)Skilling up on new Azure, AWS and GCP technologies
Desired Profile:
1)Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2)Any Cloud certifications
3)Experience in basic scripting/coding or automation tools
4) 2+ Years of experience in Cloud technology/System Administration/Network Administration
5)Worked on Helpdesk or Ticketing tools
6)Good communication/presentation and documentation skills
7)Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
