1. Firewall:
a) – Configuring the Firewall Access Rules, NAT polices, Creating Address Objective, taking backup of the Firewall and restoring.
b) – Configuring the VPN connection and giving permission for the Users in the Firewall.
c) – Blocking the Websites and blocking the users to access the websites.
d) – Analyzing and identifying issues.
e) – Customer Service & support as and when required.
2. Servers:
a) – Installing and Configuring the Windows 2000/2003/2008/2016 server with Active Directory Controller.
b) – Installing and configuring the DHCP and DNS server in windows 2000/2003/2008/2016.
c) – Creating users and Groups and giving permissions.
d) – Performing backup system and Disaster recovery for the servers.
e) – Analyzing and identifying issues with computer systems and the software programs.
f) – Performing routine audits of systems and software.
g) – Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
h) – Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
i) – Troubleshooting any reported problems.
j) – Configuring the FTP client for the users.
k) – Performing the Admin Daily Check List and Fine-tuning the systems for better performance.
l) – Responsibility of Fileserver, Mail server, SQL server.
m) – Configuring and Troubleshooting the Network issues.
n) – Configuring IIS.
o) – Installing and configuring the Local and the Network printer.
3. Management:
a) – Installing and configuring the Antivirus and performing the Live Update every day.
b) – Maintaining the Hardware and Software entries.
c) – Maintaining the Printers, UPS, Batteries, Switches, Routers, Telephone, Biometric, EPABX, etc.,
d) – Any shifting of premises / facility, networking and other setup needs to be taken care, for which support would be provided.
4. Inventory / Stock Management:
a) – Periodic Stock verification and inventory management has to be done once in 45 days minimum and approval to be taken from management.
b) – Personal visiting for hardware purchases after comparison with atleast 2-3 vendors.
c) – Backup – Daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly and on project completion basis.
d) – Maintenance of Edgemap’s website, FTP, ERP, Mails, Airtel, MDOP, etc.,
