Job Description
Resources should have good experience in CloudOps using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool, L1 Infra Service Desk, Azure Network and Terraform
FPT to also consider having resources who have wide knowledge in other CloudOps platforms like Azure and GCP, but currently Azure Network and Terraform & OpenShift is the priority (DevOps with SysAd exp)
maintain clusters, ensure scaling, routine operations, responsible for key rotation (interplay with some Azure AD App Registration key rotations)
bridge the communication between CAE and Azure(RedHat OpenShift on Azure) for new features (while keeping CAE informed)
Incident management
Sometimes involved in application resolution (to provide infra/cluster layer support), supporting root-cause analysis process
Monitoring (1) Monitor clusters (internally need to understand the impact of using Prometheus monitoring (2) proactive at providing monitoring insights/alerts to CAE in case of application failures.
Azure Network/ CloudOps Support (1) Break&Fix (2) Patching, backup (3) Monitoring (4) CI/CD via Terraform
