Job Description
Implement and support secure, trusted systems to ensure appropriate confidentiality and privacy of sensitive data.
Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Windows & Linux (on premise) serversboth dedicated hardware and virtual servers.
Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server & Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and O365.
Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Enterprise Storage services including SAN, NAS, and DAS solutions.
Configure systems following hardening recommendations in support of NIST security framework.
Onboarding and continued maintenance of enterprise cloud applications including SSO/SAML configuration/administration.
Security and application patching of systems.
Maintain and monitor the backup and disaster recovery solutions of systems.
Document standard operating, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Help maintain level 2/3 IT ticket queue and knowledgebase.
Work with vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel from other 3rd party companies.
Maintain network, switches, and firewalls.
Virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware, Oracle VM, etc.)
Storage (e.g., Nimble, Exagrid, etc.)
Servers (e.g., Microsoft Windows, MS SQL, Linux Server, etc.)
Networking (e.g., Fortigate firewalls, switching, routing, vLANs, etc.)
Cloud (e.g., Microsoft O365, Azure, AWS, etc.)
Endpoint Protection (e.g., Sophos, Windows Defender, etc.)
Vulnerability Management and Incident Response
