In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert, and work in close collaboration with the global DEI and Wellbeing team, Schneider Electric businesses, functions, and HR teams to support the evolution of our DEI and well-being strategy and transformation. You will also partner with a network of DEI and Well-being leaders spread out across the world, to ensure local deployment of global policies and initiatives.
Main missions
Responsible for advancing the DEI & Wellbeing policies design and development - research, development, recommendations; including programs, policies, and strategies; staying abreast of emerging trends, researching best practices, external benchmarking, and analyzing people data. The policies can go from Inclusion to specific topics like LGBT, New Ways of working, etc.
Lead and manage relationships with external partners and develop new partnerships to support ongoing strategic priorities (United Nations, World Economic Forum, Valuable 500, and more). Leverage internal and external stakeholders to maximize engagement, value, and ROI.
Defining a standard approach for policies and process auditing, design, and hardwiring for all Inclusion and Well-being topics: governance, stakeholders mapping and management, continuous improvement,
Ongoing evaluation of global policies and process for continuous improvement
DEI & Wellbeing team subject matter expert for Schneider Electric annual reports. Responsible for collecting content and liaison with Schneider Sustainability team and employer brand.
Support the development business cases, pitches, messaging, presentations, and thought leadership narratives supporting the strategy execution and leaders speaking engagements

5 years of experience in global or large transformation roles
Agility, influence and convince skills, disruption, and innovation
Experience in Diversity and Equity, Inclusion and Well-Being, in policy writing, design and implementation
Change management, stakeholders management
Interpersonal communication and building alignment across multiple stakeholders
Data analysis and reporting with the use of MS Excel and Business Intelligence tools
Navigating complex and sensitive topics
Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Teams
Writing, editing, and proofreading, Organization, attention to detail, and management of multiple projects and deadlines
