Skill set required:
Should be Knowledge in Core java,Jsp,Servlet,Hibernate,MVC,Oracle 10g,Mysql
Knowledge of Ajax, Javascript, Netbeans
Expertise in Jsp,Servlet
Strong in OOPS concepts/Design
Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2007.
As a web programmer, you will be required to individually (or in a team, under a project leader) design and develop web applications, test and deploy them online.
As a programmer you would have to:
• Understand the requirements of the clients thoroughly
- Understand the skills and technology most suitable for the development of client application
- Strategize effectively to create new online applications
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude to dealing with people
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
