Required skills :

• Hands on experience in lookdev, lighting and post production.
• Excellent eye to detail and understanding of quality.
• Experience in understanding the Creative team’s vision and translating it to the internal team of artists.
• Thorough knowledge of CG workflow and pipeline.
• Capable of breaking intricate technical problems into simple solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good time management.
• Tech enthusiast with eagerness to learn new software’s and processes.

Responsibilities :

• Drive quality of projects to excellent standards.
• Provide a competent budget in hours for artists based individual project work scope.
• Communicate and align with the London creative team on project visualization.
• Understand client and creative feedback/briefing and channelize it to the team.
• Provide solutions by R&D for new technical challenges.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve project milestones.
