Job Description

CavinKare has an urgent opening for \"Crates Junior Officer\" for its Dairy Divisionlocation Kanchipuram.The Position is responsible for all Crate activities relating to Plant Logistics of process for FMCG or dairy industries.

• Opening/Closing stock Checking
• Daily Issue/Receipt Monitoring
• Customer Wise Outstanding Tracking
• Inactive Customers Crates Collection
• Crates give to Production before timeline
• Daily crates report flashing
• Create, reconcile, print, and mail monthly recurring customer invoices
• Assist with customer collections and provide customer billing support
• Print and mail checks and manage check stock
• Ensure proper document and file management for accounting items
• Assist with procuring information for annual audit
• Other accounting tasks or special projects as assigned
