1.MERN stack developers should have the ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps.
2.Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
3.Creating RESTful services with Node.js
4.MERN stack developers must have proven experience in front & back-end development
5.Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
6.Reactjs & Nodejs developer must know MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React.
7.Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
8.Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
9.Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
10.Must have the ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly
11.Must have good Knowledge of Node Debugging
12.Understanding & proficiency in REST APIs.
13.Should know Git Repository and Jira.
