Role Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to wireframe, design & development of UI solutions


• Collaborate with BA/UX team in common controls developments, prototyping


• Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt


• Specifying the UI specific use cases


• Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to drive up efficiencies


• Collaborate with teams globally to deliver, present ideas, and innovate


• Model behaviours that facilitate Agile delivery


• Exhibit passion for client experience with a user-first mindset

Our Ideal Candidate

• Ideal candidate must have minimum 10+ years of IT experience and proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams. With a bachelor&rsquos degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position. Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions. Relevant industry certifications are an added plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required

ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong analytical and problem solving


• In depth experience in architecture and solution design


• Understanding the deep functionality features of Microsoft CRM Modules, and Marketing, Power Platform, Power App Maker, Common Data Service and prepare technical design document, scripting, and execution


• Hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Marketing, Power Platform, Power App Maker, Common Data Service


• Strong Experience on Power Automate & Power BI


• Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365.


• Experience in large implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Sales, Services and Marketing)


• Development experience across the Microsoft stack -. Net2.0+ (C#, ASP, WCF), SQL+ & Frontend Stack - JavaScript frameworks


• Integration using ESB/MOM/WS based technologies, data formats, payload, and performance measures


• Security Essentials, application vulnerabilities and remediation


• Good knowledge in open-source frameworks


• Knowledge of microservices architecture


• Java / J2EE - strong knowledge of server-side programming. Good understanding of basic concepts of collections, multithreading & OOPS concept


• Good knowledge in application integration using Web Service (SOAP/REST) or Messaging using JMS


• In-depth knowledge on REST services and message formats like JSON/XML.


• DevOps Tools and CI/CD Processes Jenkins, Git, GitFlow, Jira, BitBucket etc.


• Unit testing and code coverage. Experience with automated unit testing jUnit, Mockito or comparable


• Hands-on knowledge in application servers/containers like JBoss Fuse/WebSphere/WebLogic


• Web services, API design, Defining Specification using swagger/RAML


• Hands-on knowledge in Oracle and SQL


• Oracle or SQL Server PL/SQL development and designing data model.


• Hands on experience with No SQL


• Experience in containerization technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
