What responsibilities will you get when working with us

• Architecture - Architecting systems using well accepted design patterns to allow for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling. Anticipating future use cases and making design decisions that minimize the cost of future changes.
  Research & Planning - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions and opportunities within our problem domain. Keeping up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
  Technology Design - Must have strong knowledge of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and experience of building applications components from scratch, to further the efforts in developing a world-class mobile application with clean and maintainable architecture.
  Observability - Being aware of the operational data for their team domain and using it as a basis for driving changes to the teamservices to achieve stability and performance improvements.
  Knowledge Sharing - Fostering a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing within their team and with their team business stakeholders; actively demonstrate these behaviors. Speaking at internal and external events.
  Mentoring - Defining the technical roadmap for each team member, and groom them on the same. Mentoring the Android team in an open, respectful, flexible, empathetic manner. Strategic Work - Collaborating and deciding on their team engineering work based on the organization engineering strategy, together with their teammates, senior engineers and the leadership team. Additionally being involved in working on organizational engineering strategy.
• Testing - Well versed with UT and UI automation frameworks.
• App Management

What will you need to be successful in this role
B.Tech / B.E/ M.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute.
iOS programming experience of 7+ years
Strong knowledge of OOPs and mobile app design
Strong knowledge of Swift is mandatory. Objective C knowledge is a huge plus.
Technology Design - Knowledge of MVVM, MVC, VIPER and other architectural
design patterns, SOLID principles is essential
Experience of building applications & components from scratch
Understanding of massively scaled Web-Oriented Architecture (JSON, REST, Web
Services, cloud services integration)
Experience with Android, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is plus
Strong visual and interactive design skills - a clear grasp of typography, layout, color,
motion, and behavior
Able to contribute independently and work on strict deadlines
Very good command of English and communication skills and ability to work with
others
