- 3+ years hands on experience in managing projects in mobility (IOS/Android)or frontend technologies (React JS/Angular JS/Vue JS) or portal (Office 365/Sharepoint Online) development experience with managing projects in distributed delivery model one or more of the following technical domain experiences.
- Good understanding of web front end application development using one of the leading javascript libraries or frameworks like reactjs angular or vuejs and also backend api development using either nodejs, java, c, python.
- Good understanding of mobile applications development using native hybrid cross platform app development also good to have knowledge on mobile web apps development good understanding of portal application development using sharepoint online on premises and office 365 power platforms.
- Good understanding of sw application development processes such as agile quality and sw testing hands on experience in project estimation planning scheduling tracking risk management defect management status reporting.
- Good understanding on the web application mobile apps portal application deployment and hosting good knowledge on ci cd pipeline good understanding of the tools and ides used for web application mobile apps portal application key responsibilities skills overall accountability for the end to end delivery of projects.
- Scope management budget and time management stakeholder management quality assurance adherence to project and organization processes people management mentoring and coaching change management issue conflict resolution risk and dependency management.
- soft skills good written and communication skills should be an excellent team player ability to work with cross functional teams vendors and customer ability to antic ipate issues and build contingency plans .
