We are looking for a Learning and Development Associate who is experienced in teaching and training students and teachers for Grades K - 5. The ideal candidate would be creative, a good storyteller, has a lot of ideas and who can bring progress and change in a student, can guide the teachers with new learning techniques and can monitor the progress of a student.
As a Learning and Development Associate you:
Must be able to understand the subject of developing Socio-emotional Learning in students.
Should be able to create learning objectives for each course.
Establishing time frames to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum.
Create engaging teacher training materials (videos, quizzes and activities)
Creating stimulating lesson plans and recommending interesting additional resources.
Collecting feedback from teachers, and students.
Monitoring student progress and suggesting ways to improve and implement creative ways to help the child.TC : - 3.6 to 4.2 Lakhs per annum.Qualification : English and Psychology degree preferred.Location: Work from Home for now.Experience : 3-5 years in conducting training, analysing and formulating training plan.Application Deadline: 21/8/2021Expected Start Date: 24/8/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR360,000.00 - INR400,000.00 per yearSchedule:
