1Preparing Invoice & Packing  for Shipments (International and Domestic)2Preparing Shipment AWB 3Applying SEZ for shipment 4Applying FDA Prior Notice for shipments5Preparing shipping documents for scheduled dispatches 6Cross Checking of Invoice & packing created by the team members7Preparing sample shipments 8Coordinating with Rajender Sir for sample requisitions9Preparing of credit note and debit note10Third Party Letters for the bank remittance received 11Coordination work with vendors for shipment palletization 12Coordinating with organic agency (OneCert/BioCert) for requisite process13Preparing and converting organic roots to stock14Planning and retrieving of organic roots at factory for organic process 15Helping BD team with best of the knowledge on the process/applications/registration/TLA, etc.,16Preparing Order Requisition sheet & updating in the absence of Ridhi (Updated new PO/Orders Status/ Planned )17Supporting finance team is applying and sourcing requisite statutory/regulatory documents like BLUT, SEZ LOA, SEZ payments 18Liaison with the stationary vendors for the logistics requirements like bond copies/ letter heads19preparing and designing of the samples labels 20Supporting management in preparing required document for factory audit or any specific management needs 21Preparing SEZ monthly wise report/ annual report  Contact Madhusudhan 9291691234
