US, UK and UAE besides India.Job Profile:
We are hunting for someone who can manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics
processes. Managing end to end logistics process from dispatch from warehouse, export
clearance, ocean freight booking, import customs clearance and final distribution. Develop new strategies to streamline
processes and reduce cost. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers,
manufacturers, retailers and consumers. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and
efficiency.]Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
2. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
3. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
4. Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets.
5. Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process
improvements.
6. Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
7. Create and manage budgets.
Key Skills Required:
1. Knowledge of international export and import, SEA freight and AIR Freight
2. Must have knowledge of B2C Ecommerce logistics and domestic and international couriers
3. Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
4. Strong team player
5. Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
6. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
7. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability
and customer satisfaction
8. Must have worked in international Freight and have experience of courier processes.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation,
or engineering
2. 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operationsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR13,800.00 - INR44,986.00 per monthSchedule:
