Job Description

• Handling the assigned activities and updating them in the System Application.
• Follow up with Customers after scheduling till activity completion. End-to-end handling.
• Post delivery service coordination with customers in.
• Coordination with other teams to resolve the customer concerns and to avoid any kind of escalation.
• Coordination with the Warehouse team regarding the vehicle dispatch and Quality assurance.
• Preparing the vehicle route plan and ensuring that vehicle volume is utilized properly.
• Assisting the on-ground team in completing the assigned task as per plan.
• Need to ensure that products are packed well and loaded properly while pickup and Barcodes are pasted on all the products.
• Monitor and control the cost which is getting incurred during the activities.
• Achieve the desired target in terms of Upsell revenue and Reviews on Social media platforms.
  Requirement.
• Min 1 year experience in customer coordination.
• Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, fast learner, Innovative, and out of box thinker who makes things happen
• Ability to plan and execute strategically.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Profound computer knowledge of spreadsheets, MS excel, and the internet.
