Roles & Responsibilities:
Arranging Air Freight, Sea Freight Logistics as per Customers requirement.
Finalizing deal with the customer, Co-ordination with Ceva Offices Worldwide, Follow Up with the Shipment, Updating the customers.
Managing the Accounting of the Customers with the co-ordination of the accounts
Department and Handling Key Accounts & VIP Customers.
Defining Standards for Customer Satisfaction, Implementing and following the standards, striving to reach the Customer Satisfaction & Goals
Minimizing customer complaint by prioritizing the complaints as critical, major & minor and acting accordingly.
Planning and implementation of business development, operational plans and budgeting
