Job Description
Hands-on experience in Automatic Control Systems, VFD, Servo motors, PLC & HMI Programming (Schneider, etc.) with 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience
Experience in third party devices integration to PLC like PLC-Printer, PLC-Scanner, PLC-Marking technology (Laser/Printing), PLC-Measurement/test equipments and PLC-Robot
Development using LabView environment for test and measurement, motion control and Vision applications
Good understanding on Reading PID, Electrical Drawings and Controls (closed loop, Open loop)
Having knowledge on Robotics Programming (Delta, Universal, Doosan, Fanuc, etc.), PID Controllers, Interfaces with SCADA Systems, Embedded Microcontrollers, SQL database, MES Systems and PC based Applications.
Knowledge of IoT integration, traceability working & interfacing data with centralized server and report generation is added advantage
Troubleshooting and debugging of existing Labview/PLC/HMI/PC-based test benches
Work experience in Special Purpose Machine - Testing & Measurement domain is added advantage
Should have basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronics and Pneumatics.
Designing and testing automation equipment and processes
Having Lean manufacturing experience added advantage.
