Job Description

Position: Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical - Value Stream
Purpose: To achieve 100 % availability of Machines and Equipment
Key result areas:
i. Breakdown occurrences
ii. Total Break down hours
iii. MTTR
iv. MTBF
v. Maintenance cost reduction
vi. Energy cost reduction
Role description:

• Coordination of various activities for quick resolution of machine breakdowns
• Maintenance knowledge in CNC, PLC, SPM based machines and assembly Test rigs
• CNC Spindle and Ball screw assembly
• Assembly test rig and equipment's maintenance
• Preventive , Time based, and condition based maintenance techniques
• Basic knowledge Electrical and infrastructure
• Knowledge in Hydraulic and pneumatics (circuit and application)
• Knowledge on ATC setting and alignment
• Maintenance of Material handling equipment's
• Conduct Root cause analysis for breakdown and take corrective action (TPM)
• Carrying out audits for proper maintenance of machine and provide necessary guidance

Your Profile:

• Candidate with Engineering / Diploma with 7 to 15 Years of experinece
• Should have a experinece in PLANT MAINTENANCE
• Team handling experience
• Implement PM, TBM & CBM activities as per plan
• Relocation of machines and facilities as per layout provided by production engineering
• Make improvements on production machines & equipment to improve availability and reliability
