Job Description

The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

• Develop portfolio strategy to maximise spends and profitability of the portfolio relevant to the demographic and spending profiles of all portfolio segments. This will include seasonal and perennial initiatives- ideate and conceptualise such programs in conjunction with analytics

Business

• Improve customer engagement by focusing on customer lifecycle management for creating a profitable usage intervention to increase share of wallet from existing customers


• Run customer facing campaigns to meet annual targets for customer activation, spends & ENR build up


• Continuously test segmented programs, refine target population and oversee profitability of programs

Processes

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


• Develop portfolio programs, process documents and detailed project guides

People and Talent

• Liaising with marketing team to develop effective communication and collateral regarding the Portfolio Management initiatives and ensure that deadlines are adhered to, and interacting with the campaign management & Retail Analytics teams to deliver the campaigns.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role in cards


• Must possess sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.


• Ability to understand and derive insights from data
