Position Overview:
As a Kiosk Manager in the FMCG industry, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for driving the performance and growth of our kiosk operations. You will oversee kiosks across multiple sales channels, including modern trade, general trade, and export channels, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Channel Expertise: Develop and implement effective strategies for modern trade, general trade, and export channels, leveraging your extensive experience in these areas.
• Kiosk Operations: Manage day-to-day kiosk operations, focusing on sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve them across all channels.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of kiosk staff, optimizing their performance and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, minimizing stockouts and ensuring efficient stock turnover.
• Export Compliance: Ensure compliance with export regulations and standards, including proper documentation and logistics.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports to assess kiosk performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions, events, and campaigns that attract and retain customers.

• Proven experience in managing modern trade, general trade, and export channels within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
