Job Description
· Correspond with customers regarding their complete move process and provided all guidance on packing, customs and insurance documentation.
· Control & coordinate the entire move process internally with operations & externally with agents.
· Liaison with carrier(air/sea) on the booking routing/status as well as the arrival status of the shipments.
· Negotiate final rates with shipping lines/ airlines.
· Coordinate with warehouse to overview packing, deliveries & movement of ground logistics are happening as per plan.
· Keep partner agents as well as customers regularly informed with regards to status of their shipments till completion of job.
· Update information in company’s move – management software.
