• Manage and reduce attrition through strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate payouts to partners.
• Organize and oversee engagement activities to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvements in channel partner experience.
• Conduct regular field visits to interact with channel partners and gain insights.
Requirements
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in the field, meeting channel partners regularly based on business needs.
• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory
