Job Description

• Strategise and implement employment branding efforts and implement the Talent Brand Story
• Build and execute Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing approach, leveraging internal audience as well as third party social and digital program
• Collaborate with Business, Corporate Communications & Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and manage recruitment marketing programs, employee branding, and campaign
• Develop campus hiring strategies to meet business demands including engagement with universities, initiatives and internships
• Liaise with campus placement departments of prominent institutes to create fruitful partnerships in line with the organisation's future requirements

The Successful Applicant

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 8-10 years of Employer Branding experience
• Experience in a fast paced/high growth company will be preferred
• Good understanding of company brand & talent brand and understand impact on business
• Experience in program managing, developing communication plans and content calendars across multiple platforms
• Experience in campus hiring and working with University/ campus ambassadors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
