Position Overview
We are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate
will possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies, excel in improving
social media presence, and effectively reach and engage students. The Marketing
Manager will be responsible for promoting our brand, enhancing our marketing
efforts, and leading the marketing team to achieve our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Professor Academy’s courses and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Social Media
Management: Enhance and manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase engagement, followers, and brand
visibility. Develop content strategies and analyze performance metrics.
Brand Promotion:
Design and implement campaigns to build brand awareness and attract prospective
students. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine promotional
strategies.
Student Outreach:
Develop and execute initiatives to reach and engage students through various
channels, including online advertising, email marketing, webinars, and
educational fairs.
Leadership and Team
Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and
results-driven environment. Set clear objectives and provide guidance to ensure
effective execution of marketing activities.
Organizational
Understanding: Gain deep insights into the organization’s offerings, goals, and
target audience to tailor marketing strategies effectively. Collaborate with
other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Performance
Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions
and optimize marketing efforts.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
and cost-effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
