We are looking for a passionate digital / performance marketer for our organisation who has a wide range of experience across performance marketing / digital marketing landscape. The ideal candidate should be an expert in planning and executing high impact paid campaigns, create & manage digital assets that can lead to business growth. The performance marketer should love working with various marketing tools, tinker with them to continuously adding value to the marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full stack of Paid Advertising - SEM, Display, 3rd Party Ads, Native advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook, affiliate etc.
Own the complete end-to-end setup of paid search and online advertising campaigns (including account creation, set-up structure, ad development, keywords list, launch plan, and key metric identification).
Analysis of the Analytics & AdWords account on campaign performance (Clicks, CPC, CTR, Conversion, clicks to Conversion, Ad Positions, Ad performance, Keyword Optimization, Spends, ROI, Location Targeting and all other campaign variables) and recommend and implement changes to the campaigns.
Focus on Keyword research to product Optimal CTRs, continuously expand keyword list, gain high quality scores and improve existing PPC campaigns.
Understanding of Static, Dynamic Re-marketing strategies, RTB Remarketing solutions on Web & Social media & Affiliate.
Full-funnel A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience, from landing pages to user onboarding flow to email remarketing to maximize qualified leads.
Experience on working on CMS like WordPress & good hands-on CRM is must.
A good hold on on-page, off-page SEO activity and Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for better website performance & keyword rankings.
Implement SEO best practices during content creation, including NLP and provide optimization strategies to increase click rank/search relevancy.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes. Recommend changes to site architecture, content, metadata, filters, linking, dictionary/synonyms etc.
Propose new campaign ideas and manage the online creatives and landing page/website designs with design team.
Actively scout for new channels/platform in the online advertising space and continuously come up with new campaign ideas.
