Job Description
- Good knowledge about basics of Home Textile products.
- Fabric & Production process knowledge will be added as an advantage.
- Responsible for preparing and maintenance of MIS Report | Trims | Test Report | Inspection Report on Daily basis
- Co-coordinating with suppliers/vendors for Prices | Quality | Production status updates | Samples report.
- Maintain report on demand | weekly basis.
- Collection and maintenance of all shipment related documents (Shipment Samples & Swatches) and maintain report on demand | weekly basis.
- Preparing SO for all the orders
- Prompt & immediate reply for supplier mail | Oral communication as per the Order status.
- Co-ordinate with QC & update the production status to the Reporting Manager and maintain reports.
- Updating Sampling & Enquiry Status.
- Responsible for maintaining sample stock room.
