Job Description
• L3 - 8+ years of experience
• L2 - 5+ years of experience
• SDA Experience is a must. SDLAN experience is must. Should be involved in SDLAN
site migrations.
• Good experience in Cisco DNAC upgrades.
• Good experience in ISE, DNA, Firewall, Stealth Watch, UCS, F5 Load Balancer, WLC,
AP's and Cisco Switches.
• Good Knowledge in Release management, Problem Management, Change
Management, Issue Avoidance & Service Improvements.
• Strong Knowledge on Routing and Switching.
• Ability to resolve MI/P1/P2 Incident tickets individually.
• Cisco certification CCNP/CCNA / Network Virtualisation Certification (NSX)
• Good Troubleshooting skills (L3 Level).
• Need to work in 24/7 shifts
