Job Description
We are looking for a competent Administrative Executive to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner
· Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
· Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
· Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
· Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
· Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
· High level verbal and written communications skill
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
· Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminder
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
