Store Logistics and Operations ManagerWe are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and despatch of goods to domestic & International customersResponsibilities: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with some logistic company.You will be responsible for negotiating best rates for our domestic and international despatches with all leading courier companies. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and courier companies. Resolve customer queries efficiently with resolving the problem of misplaced parcels, lost in transit, etc. Inspect every parcel to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency Prepare invoice in Tally as well as an update in Shopify for orders and deliveries as part of record-keeping measures. Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines Resolve any customer complaints quicklyRequirementsExcellent written communication, Designing SOP, keeping stocks efficiently for the easy stock count. Proven working experience as a Logistics and Operations Manager with courier or Ecom company Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient service delivery Ability to work independentlyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From INR25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
