Responsibilities and Duties
Interact with HR business leaders, teams and document requirements,
arrive at solutions, implement solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Analyze requirements, Gap analysis, Prepare BRD, arrive at solutions to
be developed, implement and manage the end to end cycle.
Support issues in Oracle Fusion HCM and address issues. Interact with Oracle directly for support, as needed.
Design, test, deploy business processes and configurations.
Creating documents pertaining to the implementation like RD020, BR010,
BP080, BR100, TE040, MD050 which includes Functional designs for
Business Intelligence reports, Configure dash boards.
Provide functional input to technical consultant for loading the data through spread sheet loader and HDL.
Personalize the fusion application for business user experience through sandbox, showcase to business for production rollout.
Co-ordination with current IT Team and prepare data migration strategy, production cut-over plan.
Ensure end to end setup for Cloud HCM setup for conducting FP1, FP2,
UAT and go live in staging as well as live instance. Engage with end
users and lead workshops to define business requirements.
Document
solutions, processes and manage the knowledge across all members in the
team through structured knowledge management.
Work across multi-functional teams to implement solutions.
Plan, monitor and report progress of all initiatives to business, management.
Manage teams as needed.
Be the go-to person for meeting all business needs in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Ensure built solutions are scalable, secure and meet business needs, growth.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively.
Ensure proper change management.
Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
Qualifications, Experience
BE/BTech/MTech/MCA with 6-8 years of overall experience in the areas of
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management,
Performance and Goal Management, Career Development, Talent Review and
succession planning) In addition to hands- on configuration skills, a
good working knowledge of legislative, statutory requirements.
Minimum 4 to 5 projects implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management
Senior Consultant with extensive expertise in various modules of Oracle
Fusion Cloud HCM (Global HR, Payroll , Absence Management, Performance
and Goal Management, Career Development, Talent Review and succession
planning) as follows
o Profile Management
o Goal Setting
o Mid-Year Review
o End of year appraisal
o Probation Review
o Career Development
o Talent Review Preparation
o Conduct Talent Review Meeting
o Manage Succession Plan
Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management Certification preferred.
Should have knowledge in OKR and BSC performance management model
Good Knowledge in OTBI Report & Workflow concepts
Experienced in Business Processes Analysis, Gap Analysis, Solution
Design, mapping project co-ordination activities, key user training, UAT
Sessions and team status review, steering committee meeting.
Change Management.
Good Knowledge in OTBI Report & Workflow concepts
Extensive experience in configuring Journeys, Infolets.
Experienced in integrations with other modules like Oracle Fusion Cloud
Modules, external systems (inbound and outbound) EBS HRMS &
Financial modules.
Proven experience in showcasing solutions to business, get their buy-in, sign off on project deliverables.
Excellent communication skills oral, written.
