Job Description

Role - Demand Generation Specialist (Inside Sales)

Are you self-driven and have a go getter attitude along with the flexibility to adapt to the changing landscape of modern selling
Does hunting through outbound channels and networking to generate leads gives you a kick
Then you are at the right door step!!

Job Responsibilities

1. To identify prospects from the assigned industries through various channels and research
2. Aggressive networking through LinkedIn, email campaigns and cold calling to generate qualified leads. Taking complete ownership of leads conversion i.e. from creating leads to lead closure
3. Connect with potential clients like C-level and senior leadership in identified organisations through outbound activities
4. To write professional emails to top managements of the biggest organizations in the country to initiate first level communication
5. Understand the unique pain points, do problem analysis and be able to craft and communicate the high-level solutions of eMudhra to create curiosity and interest in prospects
6. Understand the product and solutions and provide act as a consultant to prospects in providing right mix of products and solution so solve their problems
7. To nurture leads and closure Sales.

8. Achieve Weekly, monthly and annual targets in terms of leads and closures
9. Provide clear reporting to the management on activities and pipeline from CRM.

Pre requisites

1. Have a go getter aggressive attitude and be self-motivated to hunt leads under minimal supervision
2. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. 3+ years of experience in IT business development/ outbound lead generation - preferably in SaaS sales, Cold calling, B2B Sales experience.
4. Expertise in handling various tools for prospecting and any CRM along with a strong LinkedIn network will be a bonus
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills along with time management and organization skills
6. To have a passion for sales and business development
7. In this role you would be an individual contributor
