Job Description
- Must be familiar/working with Gearbox design and its components.
- Good understanding on Gearbox design with calculations.
- Good understanding on component testing.
- Should have the ability to conceptual design from scratch, calculations etc.
- Experience in Design & Development, in terms of Modelling, Detailing, Fit, Form, Function, Manufacturing and Assembly.
- DFMEA and root-cause analysis for synchronizer function, Gearbox and failure.
- Responsible for timely completion of task & multi-tasking capability.
- Responsible for Dyno testing & validation.
- Has ability to prepare the Design Validation Plan for the products.
- Self-learning & self-motivation is a must.
